Great Yoruba Monarch and Ooni of Ife, HRM Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and his 4th wife, Olori Folashade Ashley Ogunwusi have welcomed a baby boy together.

The arrival of the newborn prince was announced by his royal majesty via his official Instagram page as he shared a photo showing the happy moment of Ooni and his 4th queen.

This is coming five months after Ooni of Ife welcomed a set of twins; a boy and a girl, with third wife Olori Tobi Phillips.

Olori Ashley is one of the Queens the first class monarch added to the royal court of Oduduwa in 2022. Being a princess from the Lafogido ruling House of Ile-Ife, she is a chartered accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich. She currently runs her businesses in the United Kingdom.

She currently runs an NGO, the Ashley Adegoke Foundation which focuses on the less privileged children and widows.

However, this will be the first child of Olori Folashade and congratulation messages have been pouring in for the queen and Ooni of Ife.

The news reads, “To God be the glory great things he has done. Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Folashade, who today birthed a Prince from the mother side of Ooni Adagba Royal Compound of Lafogido Ruling House and father side of Ooni Agbedegbede Royal Compound of Giesi Ruling house combined to the Royal throne of Oduduwa. Mother and child are doing well to the glory of God Almighty and in line with the spirits of our ancestors.”
