Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe has reportedly decided which club he will join next season.
The France international’s contract with PSG expires at the end of the current season and there has been no indication he will sign another extension.
Real Madrid have long been linked with a move to for the 2018 World Cup winner while there was also reportedly interest from the Saudi Pro League.
French publication Le Parisien have now reported that Mbappe has decided to join Los Blancos when his contract expires at the end of the season.
Mbappe was reportedly close to joining Los Blancos in 2022, but the player opted to sign a contract extension, much to the disappointment of the Spanish side.
The report adds that talks are being carried out to get one of the biggest contracts for the French forward, who has registered 20 goals in 19 Ligue 1 matches this season.
Earlier this week, LALIGA president Javier Tebas says there is high chance Mbappe will make the switch to the Santiago Bernabeu.
“I think high. It’s a personal opinion. 26-year-old player… It will depend on Real Madrid, the president and what he is willing to bet on,” Tebas said, as per Marca.
“Real Madrid must think that the arrival of Bellingham has made them already have a star, Vinicius is another. If the player wants to go to Madrid… More than 50%.”
