Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies has reportedly agreed to join Real Madrid either this year or in 2025.
Spanish giants Real Madrid have reportedly reached a verbal agreement with one of Bayern Munich’s most important players.

According to The Athletic journalist Mario Cortegana, Los Blancos have verbally agreed a deal to sign Bayern’s Alphonso Davies either at the end of this season or in 2025.
The Canada international, 23, has a deal in Germany that expires next year, but is now expected to take his career to Spain when his time at the Bavarians comes to an end.
It is believed the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners have been in communication with Davies’ camp through chief scout Juni Calafat and CEO Jose Angel Sanchez.
In terms of a timeline on his expected arrival, Real could sign him ahead of the 2024/25 campaign for a “below-market price”, or they could land his signature as a free agent next year.
While Barcelona and clubs in England have also been linked with the former MLS talent, Davies has reportedly always preferred the idea of joining the Madrid side.
Bayern, it has been said, are still attempting to convince the left-back to commit to new terms in the Bundesliga, but are looking to avoid losing him for free when his contract runs out.

Davies joined the German giants from Vancouver Whitecaps in 2019, and has since made 180 appearances for the club.
